FUNDRAISING

Welcome to the Patterson Ravens Football and Cheerleading organization. Each year we have some new and exciting fundraisers planned along with some of our classic fundraisers. We invite you to get friends and family to participate in these fundraising efforts as the cost to run the program continues to increase and we'd like to not pass those costs down to all of you.

Additionally, your fundraising dollars will go toward paying for items such as field use for games and practices, field lighting, replacement/new equipment, reconditioning of equipment, etc.

Lastly, this is a great opportunity to gain credit toward your child's registration!

Below you will find a few of our staple fundraisers and general guidelines. If you should have any questions, need additional information or would like to participate in a fundraiser, please feel free to contact Shannon Hunt via the contact information below.

  1. Assorted Brand Name Candy (items may vary):
    • 1 box of candy = 60 count
    • Each piece is sold for $1.00
    • No more than 1 box of candy will be distributed at one time per player. Additional boxes can be requested once the amount given is sold and money is returned.
  1. Beef Sticks (flavors may vary)
    • 1 bag of beef sticks = 24 count
    • Each piece is sold for $1.00
    • No more than 2 bags of will be distributed at one time per player. Additional bags can be requested more once the amount given is sold and money is returned.

NOTE: All candy and beef sticks MUST be sold. Any unsold items cannot be returned.

  1. Fireworks (Our most popular fundraiser)
    • Pre-sale tickets will be made available to sell and/or purchase
    • Each ticket is worth $20.00 and works like a gift certificate at our booth
    • Our booth will be located in the CVS Pharmacy parking lot in Patterson
    • For information on fireworks available, please go to the TNT Fireworks website below. Don't forget to request your coupon from the website too!

NOTE: If you choose not to participate in this fundraiser, please come support our booth and spread the word to help out the organization.

FUNDRAISING CREDITS:

  • Participant - 25% of each sale
  • Ravens Organization - 25% of each sale
  • Fundraiser Vendor - 50% for the cost of the fundraising items
  • NOTE: On items that the profit is below 50%, the participant receives the 25% credit and the reduction is on the Raven's percentage.

EXAMPLE 1 (50% profit):

$1.00 sale =

$0.25 credit to the participant

$0.25 credit to the Ravens Organization

$0.50 to the fundraiser vendor

EXAMPLE 2 (Less than 50% profit)

$1.00 sale =

$0.25 credit to the participant

$0.20 credit to the Ravens Organization

$0.55 to the fundraiser vendor

On very rare occasions, a participant may receive more credit than the normal percentage listed above. This would be for a single specified instance and would be announced at that time.
